Following the recent updated advice from the Government regarding Coronavirus, Wainwright Walks are taking the following steps to keep everyone safe and healthy.  

We are happy to continue providing dog walking services during the current restrictions and for the foreseeable future so please feel free to continue using our services if you feel comfortable doing so. 

To make our service as safe as possible, we have implemented the following steps: 

• Using hand sanitiser before and after picking up and dropping off every dog. 
• Cleaning the van on a more regular basis. 
• Wearing a face covering and exercising social distancing during dog transfers. 
• Using disposable gloves and shoe coverings when in customers’ homes.
• Using phone, email or social media contact where possible in preference to direct face-to-face contact.
• Using our own dog leads wherever possible. 

To help minimise the spread of the virus, I would like to ask you to help me by: 

• Using hand sanitiser before and after handing over and receiving your dog.
• Transferring your pet at the door wherever possible to avoid the need to enter your home.
• Advising us as soon as possible if you or someone in your household has tested positive for Coronavirus, or has symptoms such as a persistent cough, high temperature or loss of sense of taste or smell. 

You will not be charged for cancellation due to Coronavirus.
